Advance payment policy

To confirm your reservation it is necessary to approve the transaction through credit card, while it is also necessary to pay in advance for 50% of the total cost of your stay 21 days before the arrival date.

Reservation cancelation policy

If the cancelation takes place:

• 21 days before the arrival date – no charge
• 20 to 15 days before the arrival date – the client is charged for 25% of the total cost of the stay
• 14 to 7 days before the arrival date – the client is charged for 50% of the total cost of the stay
• 6 or fewer days before arrival – the client is charged for the total cost of the stay (100%)

In case of no-show or departure before the planned date, the client is charged for the total cost of the stay.

The hotel’s management reserves the right to change the rates in case of changes in VAT, which is regulated by the Greek government.
